Code of Conduct for In-Store Experience

 

1. Respect & Kindness:

  • Respect the property and respect the people.
  • Harassment and bullying have no place here, this should be treated as an inclusive space where people can enjoy their interests peacefully.
  • We also ask that you reasonably clean up after yourself when using the gaming spaces with the provided garbage and recycling bins, and ask other guests before handling their possessions. 

    2. Hygiene & Sanitation:

    • We ask that guests meet the standard of personal care in regards to hygiene (washing hands, avoiding scents/smells, elimination of body odours) before entering Arkain or shared spaces.
    • Workstations and tables will be sanitized as needed to provide the shop's patrons a safe space to play and work.

      3. Safety & Security:

      •  Tampering with security devices or shop-owned equipment is strictly prohibited.
      • Privacy is of utmost importance to Arkain. Any information provided to the staff will be kept in accordance to the provincial privacy legislation.

        3. In-Store Refunds and Exchanges:

        •  Will be determined on a case by case basis provided that the product is unused and in sell-able condition.
        • Customer care is important to Arkain, if you have any concerns regarding products please email: admin@arkain.games or visit us in-store during regular business hours.

          Breach of these conditions may result in refusal of service, removal from the premises, suspension or ban from the premises, or involvement of law enforcement as necessary. If you notice a guest breaching the code of conduct or have any concerns please address them with staff immediately so that we may keep the peace and safety of our community.
