Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing Time;

We will try to fulfill orders asap but allow 24-48 hours in case we are extremely busy, allowing for holidays or closed days etc. Orders will be marked as in progress as soon as we start pulling items and fulfilled when they are fully packed and ready to ship.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers;

We use Canada Post with a general preference for express. Tracking numbers will be attached to the order one handed off to Canada Post.

 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time;

TBD. Free on orders exceeding of $200 before tax or greater.

For most inter-provincial orders express shipping guarantees 1-2 day shipping. For cross-country it may be as high as 3-5 days.

International Shipping;

Due to contractual restrictions with many of our products we do not offer international shipping. Canadian addresses only, please.

Returns:

As we are not a multi-billion dollar enterprise with our own supply chain and slave labour force we do not have the ability to eat bottomless costs with a no-questions return policy. In the event there is a mishap with shipping and the product is damaged please reach out and we will arrange a solution on a case by case basis.
